US National Day of Prayer.
The National Day of Prayer is an annual day of observance designated by the United States Congress and held on the first Thursday of May, when people are asked "to turn to God in prayer and meditation". The president is required by law to sign a proclamation each year, encouraging all Americans to pray on this day.

The Shofar Blows! People whose lineage hails from every nation, language, tribe, and tongue will arrive in Washington, D.C. to proclaim unity as one body that worships and adores, Jesus Christ! Eventgoers will sense the presence of the Lord and the power of gathering to make a national declaration of both God’s Sovereignty and God’s Providence over the United States of America. After attending the event, all prior political contentions are arrested in the spiritual realm as each witness testifies that God alone is pre-eminent. This is the Onederful Prayer Pursuit.
